Ministry Preparation Course II
Ministry Preparation Course II is designed to equip emerging and seasoned ministry leaders with advanced tools for effective service in today’s ever-evolving spiritual landscape. This course builds upon the foundational principles introduced in Ministry Preparation I, with a focus on leadership development, ethical integrity, conflict resolution, and the practical outworking of one’s call in various ministry contexts.
Students will explore key topics such as spiritual authority and accountability, pastoral care essentials, sermon planning and delivery, discipleship strategies, and maintaining emotional and spiritual health in leadership. Through guided readings, hands-on practicum experiences, and interactive discussions, students will be challenged to grow in both character and competence.
This course emphasizes a Spirit-led, servant-leader model rooted in biblical truth and cultural relevance, preparing students to lead with conviction, compassion, and clarity in both local church and marketplace ministries.
