Dr. ONeil Salmon is the president of CORENation University. As President of the University he provides visionary leadership, oversees academic and administrative operations, ensures the mission and values of the institution are upheld, and represents the university to stakeholders, partners, and the public. They set the tone, direction, and spiritual integrity of the university while empowering staff, faculty, and students to thrive. He holds a Doctorate Of Ministry (D.Min) with a concentration in Pastoral Leadership & Development.

DEAN OF SCHOOLS
Pastor Casandra Merritt is the Dean of the CORENation University. As Dean of the University she oversees academic programs, supports faculty, ensures educational quality, and helps develop curriculum aligned with the university’s mission. She serves as a bridge between leadership, instructors, and students—ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and student experience. She holds a Masters Of Science Degree and is a Mental Health Counselor with her own practice.
