Deacon Preparation Program
The Deacon Preparation Program is designed to equip servant-leaders with the biblical, spiritual, and practical tools necessary to faithfully fulfill the ministry of a deacon. Rooted in Acts 6 and 1 Timothy 3, this training focuses on character development, church support, pastoral care, and the sacred call to serve with humility and integrity.
Participants will explore topics such as the biblical role of deacons, servant leadership, conflict resolution, spiritual maturity, and the deacon's role in worship, outreach, and church administration.
Through teaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience, candidates will be prepared to support the pastoral vision, care for the congregation, and serve as trusted leaders within the church.
